This is a minimally invasive, non-surgical, treatment that can temporarily enhance and enlarge the Grafenburg spot. Excellent candidates for the G-Spot Augmentation are sexually active women with normal sexual function who are at ease with locating and enlarging of the G-spot.

The G-Spot Augmentation (also branded as the G-Shot or G-Shot Amplification) procedure involves enlarging the G-Spot with off label use of a dermal filler which is FDA approved for the use in facial augmentation. The FDA approved injectable dermal filler of choice for Dr. Dyer-Goode is Radiesse. Radiesse is second generation dermal filler that lasts 12 months or more while the previous G-Spot Augmentations utilized collagen that lasted only up to 4 months.

How Does the G-Spot Augmentation Work?
G-Spot Augmentation is best performed in patients familiar with the location of the G-Spot prior to undergoing the procedure. If this is unknown to the patient, Dr Dyer-Goode and her staff will aid the patient in the identification of their particular anatomy.

After consulting with Dr Dyer-Goode the G-Spot augmentation is performed in the office under local anesthesia. The actual injection usually takes only a few seconds with the total office visit being less than 40 minutes. The G-Spot becomes enlarged during the injection measuring approximately the size of a quarter in diameter, and one fourth of an inch in thickness. Physical variations do occur in every woman so the size will be adjusted accordingly for each patient’s special anatomy.

What to Expect at Renew Medspa Anti-Aging & Aesthetic Medicine?
Upon your arrival at Renew Medspa Anti-Aging & Aesthetic Medicine, you’ll be asked to complete a medical questionnaire and a brief history and physical examination will be conducted by Dr. Dyer-Goode with the assistance of her staff. You may also be asked about your goals for the treatment and about any allergies or medical conditions that wouldn't make you a good candidate for the G-Spot augmentation

Prior to the G-Spot Augmentation Procedure.
In the course of the consult, Dr. Dyer-Goode will educate you on the anatomy of the G-Spot and how to localize it. She will discuss and review the risks and complications and obtain your written consent as well. You should feel comfortable that all your questions have been answered before giving your informed and signed consent detailing the risks, complications and alternatives to the procedure. Once completed you will be asked to empty your bladder to diminish the desire to urinate during the procedure. You will then enter the examination room alone and confirm the location of the G-spot while performing a self examination utililizing the physician’s instructions.

The G-Spot Augmentation procedure
You will be placed into a “pap smear” position with you buttock slightly elevated. Dr Dyer-Goode will conduct a brief pelvic exam using your assistance to guide her to the G-spot.  Measurements are taken and transferred to a ruler and then a speculum. The marked speculum will then be placed into the vagina and local anesthesia will be administered using a small needle and sterile technique. The Radiesse filler will then be injected once the G-spot has been numbed. After the procedure is complete a tampon in inserted which should be removed 4 hours later.

After the procedure
No recovery time is necessary. You can proceed with the rest of your day’s plans! Patients sometimes experience a few drops of bleeding which is easily managed by the tampon.Four hours after the procedure, the tampon may be removed and you may resume sexual activity. Previous G-Spot augmentations using collagen based filler only lasted up to 4 months. With Radiesse, a second generation dermal filler results may last 12 months or more!
